Introduction
These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products from Microfluidlabs Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Microfluidlabs Ltd manufactures and sells veterinary diagnostic devices and consumables. Our products are designed exclusively for veterinary use and are not approved, intended, or suitable for human diagnostic purposes.
Ordering and Pricing
All pricing is provided per individual quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices do not appear on our website — contact us for a tailored quote based on your location, species focus, and volume requirements.
Payment
Payment in full is required before shipment. Payment details and accepted methods are specified in your quote or invoice.
Shipping
All shipments are EXW (Ex Works, seller's premises) per Incoterms 2020. The buyer is responsible for arranging freight, insurance, and import clearance. The dispatch address is provided in your quote or invoice.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Consumables (opened Ongo Slides) are non-returnable.
Warranty
Microfluidlabs Ltd provides a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover: consumables, damage from misuse or unauthorized modification, damage from use with non-supported species, water or physical damage, or normal wear and tear.
Consumables
Ongo Slides are required for accurate concentration and motility measurements. The 20-micron chamber depth is calibrated to the analysis algorithms. Use of third-party slides voids accuracy guarantees and may void the device warranty.
Intellectual Property
All patents, trademarks, software, and device firmware remain the property of Microfluidlabs Ltd. Purchasing a device grants you a license to use the accompanying software and app — not ownership of the intellectual property. Reverse engineering, disassembly, or modification of the software or firmware is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Microfluidlabs Ltd is not liable for: use of products with unsupported species, use for human diagnostic purposes, incorrect sample preparation, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the device.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest.
Changes to These Terms
Microfluidlabs Ltd may revise these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued purchases after changes are posted constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
